Q. What type of paintings do you sell?
A. ModernPaintingsOnline.Com sells premium modern canvas paintings. Our paintings are categorized into two distinct categories: Modern Abstract Paintings & Modern Landscape Paintings. Each painting is completed on a variety of single, diptych, and triptych canvasses with acrylic paints. We strive for the best quality in both materials and finish. All paintings are created with great care and are coated with varnish to protect the colors for extended time, and to ensure durability and protection against changes in room temperature.
Q. What does it mean when you say that each painting is “made-to-order”?
A. Each piece of artwork is processed and then painted by our artist upon each individual order. Each painting is recreated with slight deviations, which ensures that each painting ordered from our website is it’s own orignal.
Q. Do your paintings come with certificates of authenticity?
A. Yes. All of our paintings are shipped with a certificate of authenticity which states the following:
-The name of the painting and it’s dimensions
-The name of the artist and the fact that the painting is hand made
-The date the painting was created
-The media used (acrylic)
-The location where the painting was created
-The artist’s signature
Q. How are your paintings shipped?
A. All of our paintings are wrapped with a ½ inch of bubble wrap and placed in a heavy double wall corrugated box for added security and “FRAGILE” stickers are placed all over the box. There are no customs fees or shipping charges for orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
Q. How long will it take me to receive my painting(s)?
A. From the time we receive your order you should expect about 7 business days for the creation and preparation of your painting and about 5 business days for shipping.
Q. How do I know when my painting has been shipped?
A. Once your painting has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. ModernPaintingsOnline.Com offers a 30-day money back guarentee, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Q. Can I request a customized painting?
A. ModernPaintingsOnline.Com does offer a customized design option with any painting. If you would like to substitute a color, add an abstract design, or combine a couple of paintings, we would glady accommodate you. Customized designs are quoted on a case by case basis. Contact us and let us know what you are thinking you’d like and we’ll respond quickly with a custom quote.
Q. How can you tell which paintings are multi-canvas?
A. The multi-canvas paintings will have one, sometimes more than one, vertical black line on the thumbnail image. If you are unsure or have specific questions about any particular painting please Contact Us and we will clarify whether or not the specific painting is multi-canvas.
Q. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
A. We do offer bulk order discounts for orders consisting of 3 or more paintings. Please Contact Us directly for all bulk order inquiries.
